Default The grass isn’s always greener

It was time to change strings so i jumped into the guest bedroom.

It’s way to seldom i just sit down on my own and play with gratitude. Most of the days im looking for new stuff online instead of just enjoying what i have. I really need to just learnt to be in the moment instead of looking for something new.
Two very different guitars in terms of sound but i love them just as much. Part from putting too heavy strings on the Martin and getting fretbuzz i just loved the moment.

Now, im not a skilled player in fact i voted ”im a hack” in the last poll
But that doesn not disqualitfy me from loving to play!

Anyway, found this tune from Roberto Dalla Vecchia that i saw him play yesterday so i put up the Rode NT mic and played it on both guitar.

So why the post you may ask?
Well - stop and smell the grass folks. It’s not that bad

What guitar that you allready own are you enjoying today?

Go back and change your selection from ‘hack’. You’re certainly no hack and the guitars sound wonderful, and perfect for your playing style.

Thanks for posting this.

Very nice...I enjoyed your playing. You're no hack and should never consider yourself one...quite accomplished would be a better descriptive term! Thanks for sharing your talent with us!

Its just fine to be a hack. Those of us that love guitar know that owning and playing is what its about, not professionalism. But you are no hack.
