Bruce is one of the most gracious and generous people on this forum. When I was going through a serious medical crisis earlier this year, Bruce did a lot offline communicating with me to help boost and maintain my morale.

I was playing it this afternoon - my buddy Karl came over to the condo that my wife and I are renting in downtown Anchorage, and we played a bunch of tunes, him on his rosewood Lowden jumbo, me on my Kopp jumbo, my McAlister baritone and National wood-bodied resonator mandolin.

The Kopp received the bulk of the playing time. It’s a fine, fine guitar.

PS: As my follow-up rehab appointments and doctors’ visits have diminished, there’s less need for us to be right in town. So we’ll be heading back to our house in the suburbs here pretty soon.
