FS: MINT V brace Taylor K24ce AA top $3999
I purchased this guitar in November of 2019 for $5199 and it is in MINT condition. It was more expensive than the usual V braced K24ce instruments due to the AA koa wood used on the instrument. See original online listing from dealer where I bought it: https://www.fullersguitar.com/listin...tural/28944711
It looks gorgeous and sounds great, and the satin neck is feels fantastic, but it is just too big for me. I am selling it to finance a smaller concert sized body as I just canʻt get used to the auditorium size. Let my mistake be your windfall as you can get a guitar that has only been played three or four times, and stored in a humidity controlled environment for a thousand dollar discount. I am not interested in trades, only sales, and am asking $3999 for it. I am open to offers in that ballpark, but please no lowball offers. Yes, I am aware that non AA top guitars can be had for less, but a quick perusal of Reverb will show that the AA top versions range from 5K to 13k new, and 3500 to 5000 used. This guitar is definitely not for anyone that just wants a nice playing instrument, but rather someone that wants a particularly gorgeous visual as well. The following description and specs are direct from that of the dealer listing: "Among the first Taylor models to be voiced with our patented V-Class™ bracing, this beautiful all-koa Grand Auditorium K24ce acoustic guitar will inspire players in both looks and sound. The hardwood koa top helps produce a balanced response across the tonal spectrum, with a clear, focused voice that lends itself to amplification through our onboard ES2 electronics. With the V-Class treatment, players can expect more dynamic range, more sustain, and notes that sound more in tune with each other than ever before, giving chords a more sonically pleasing character along the entire fretboard. Together with our popular Grand Auditorium body, the musical versatility makes this a guitar that can cover a lot of ground. Visually, koa’s shimmering figure is highlighted with organically styled appointments that include our new Spring Vine inlay in maple, with maple binding and top trim adding a creamy counterpoint against the shaded edgeburst finish that surrounds the entire guitar. Overall, the V-Class-braced K24ce essentially delivers more of all the qualities that the model’s many fans appreciate. Whether you’re attracted to the beautiful woods or the legendary Taylor koa tone, this is a lovely guitar to check out. Features Discover the features that make this guitar unique. Bump for a price correction and adding a new photo that better shows the AA koa top.
