I am of the opinion that Denny Laine contributed more to the musicianship of the Moody Blues than Hayward ever did. And he probably also got short shrift when L Juber was in the discussion.

Like all these players, he'll live on in his recorded music.

His work with Wings was such an integral part of their sound. And I always preferred his original of "Say You Don't Mind" to Colin Bluntstone's hit cover version.

Turning into a bad week - Shane McGowan going is no great loss to me personally, but losing Denny Laine and Myles Goodwyn within a day of each other? That really sucks.

I first heard "Go Now" in the 60's and was hooked. Never could figure out why the Moody's changed their style.
