Default The suspense is killing me

My wife and I had the opportunity to visit the Taylor Guitars Factory this past October and while I was there I selected some wood for a custom guitar. This will be my personal guitar and I can not wait. The estimated completion time was December 4th so my new Christmas (anniverary, birthday, christmas, anniverary, birthday...) present should arrive soon. Here are the specs:

Grand Symphony body with venetian cutaway
Macassar Ebony back and sides
Sinker Redwood top
adirondack CV bracing
cocobolo binding with Arm rest
Macassar ebony headstock and backstrap
bouquet inlay on fretboard and headstock
abalone rosette with bound sound hole
gotoh 510 tuners in antique gold
no electronics (I plan to instal a Baggs Lyric when it arrives)

What do you think?

I have this same wood combination and body style (no cutaway)--it continues to open up and impresses me more and more as time goes by. You are going to love it--congrats!

I think you're going to be a happy man!!! I too have a BTO with Sinker Redwood and adirondack CV bracing, although mine has EIR back/sides.

Let's hope it's on time.

+1 to the comments above. My sinker redwood macassar ebony guitar has really opened up nicely after 2 years. I know you'll enjoy your new guitar.
