Default distance of 12-string bridge holes

I am working on a neck for my new 12-string guitar. Nut is about 48mm wide.
The holes at the bridge still have to be drilled.
The only problem for me is determining the distance of the string pairs. How close may the octave strings be to their thicker siblings without interfering with them?

I set my string pairs on a thin neck to run 2mm apart, on a wider neck 2.5mm, outer strings, a nice even edge from the nut to the saddle with reference of the fretboard edge

Default copycat

Last time I was at Martin's surplus shop (Guitarmaker's Connection, I think) they had 12-string bridges available. A few bucks spent on getting a Martin bridge would answer any number of questions in 3-d.

Thanks, a good idea, but I guess would not fit my neck
as I try to make it more slim - only a tad wider than the Rick necks

"a Martin bridge would answer any number of questions in 3-d." - but it wouldn´t fit
because my neck is a tad narrower than the Martin necks...
