You got me.

Saw you on Amazon, you already have my $15. It'll be my first saddle replacement. I will be back to sing your praises or bemoan my ineptitude at guitar tech-ery.

Hello,

It's typically the height that people have difficulties with, and if this is true for you, please send me the height of your bass and treble E strings for your current saddle. I can then adjust to those specs and send to you at no additional charge. You can also call 435-647-6327 with any questions.

You can view our video at the below link for tips. People often tell me that it takes them about an hour.

Cool, thanks. It is already enroute though. No big deal. If I mess it up I will just buy another and send you the specs.

Thanks again.

Great product. Great service in place if needed.

The only problem I encountered was my previous saddle apparently never had anything removed, and it being my first saddle on my first acoustic I never did anything.

So the old saddle was taller than the new. Ended up working fine and a tweak of the truss rod as my neck is dead straight.

I will purchase more from you when needed, thanks.
