Looks like standard EADGBE to me. Certainly everything he plays at the beginning (before going up the fretboard) matches standard chord shapes and sounds in EADGBE (key of E major).

I think the second guitarist is in standard tuning E major, but Charlie is playing in a different tuning. Not sure what it is, but I think the G string is tuned down to F#.
