Yes as a matter of fact it has a wedge ala Manzer.

Hey John,
I love the rosette. Very nice work. I hope "things" are better by October. Woodstock is such a fun show. It would be great to catch-up a bit. |

Thanks John. It’s hard to beat peer praise. It will be good to see you at Woodstock.

Internals nearly done
A little more sanding here and there and the sides will be ready for the top.
The internal braces are a tip of the hat to the Larson Brothers. There is not much new in the guitar construction world that has not been done in some form or other previously. The justification for this engineering is an attempt to keep the neck block rock steady while not attaching much of it to the top. The fingerboard will extend over the top and not attach nor hinder the top’s movement. Somehow looking at a photo shows stuff that needs attention that would probably escape scrutiny otherwise.

Thank you very much. This guy is going to B.I.G. If you go too you can see it in person. You could play it too to discover the ancient song of Bog oak.

Whooeeee
Looking good John. I seriously doubt it will go home with you from B.I.G.....
The all black neck will have your usual laminates, I assume. I played a senior gig yesterday with the PABLO. It was a blast, and folks remembered me from 14 months ago, even with all my furry camouflage! What a fantastic bunch of guitars you have made me! Thanks!!! Carry on and have FUN Paul
