Thanks Steve, that's good advice. I do work from one bench so even though I can move stuff off temporarily I am pretty much tied to one repair at a time. Thanks for photo. It's helping me think through my work flow.

Why 'a younger person' ? the situation may be ideal for someone that is retired, or close to it. If they have the basic skills, and are willing to learn. The $$ is less of an issue, and they can be more flexible on time.
