Sure!, 15" across the bout with a 4.75" depth. 13 fret body join.

Default Robbins R.2

Looking good Randy...Tyler's arm and rib bevels really make the playing experience extra comfortable. Ebony or Cocobolo on the bevels??

Congratulations! I've enjoyed Tyler's work on Instagram and look forward to getting my hands on one of his guitars at some point. In the meantime I'll enjoy watching this beautiful build progress.

All the best

This is just an amazing looking guitar, the rosette, wow, so artistic and yet geometric! The Coco is amazing, I am especially drawn to the sides with how dark they are. Ebony is the perfect binding choice, perfect!

This is looking absolutely gorgeous!
I have to ask the question about the sides not fully meeting at the heel of the neck

You can see the small gap. I'm just assuming this is going to be filled prior to the fitment of the neck?
I realise the binding has already hidden this gap from any eyes from the outside, but I wonder about the choice for leaving the gap. Is that a normal thing? I notice it's the same on the other guitar body shown in a couple of photos.

I asked Tyler and he said the gap you see has been stabilized with a thick super glue and sanded flush. The sides were very close to spec upon arrival so careful bending and joining were needed to make them work also.

Originally the bevels were going to be ebony to match the binding but Tyler had some scrap from the back that was big enough for both bevel veneers so we decided to go that route. The transitions from the black binding to the cocobolo will be subtly bursted to fade in and out of each other.

Thanks,

-Randy
