Default NGD: New-to-me Stonebridge G23-CR

Finally pulled the trigger on this one! My first solid wood guitar, and she’s a beauty. The bass and harmonics are amazing, and it sounds incredibly rich overall. Was definitely nervous buying used (and it being 16 years old at that) but it was definitely worth it. Thanks to Aimelie and others for pointing me towards Stonebridge/Furch! Looking forward to many years of playing this instrument.

Congratulations on a great looking (and I’m sure sounding) guitar. I bought a Stonebridge a year ago, via this forum, and I couldn’t be happier. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy mine!

Looks like you found a beauty and quite a guitar to have at the sweet age of 16. Now just don't fall prey to "guitar lust" like the rest of have.

Nice! I don't get the downgrade comparison vs Avalon though. I have a Furch Yellow which has great fit and finish and sounds very good as compared to my Avalon Ard Ri. Both guitars seem to belong to the same class, tonewise.

Such a pretty guitar! Congratulations, Aiden!

I’m sure you’re going to have the best time getting to know the possibilities of this beautiful beast in the coming months. I’m close to a year of Furch ownership and am still set back on my heels when I play mine.

I can only imagine how good the combination of 16 year old seasoned woods and “Stonebridge” inlaid on the headstock must sound.

May you play it in good health for many, many years to come.
