Yanni really gets me fired up.

Seriously, AC/DC, Def Leppard, Bad Company.

Funny thing and possibly associated with my advanced ears, but I don't "listen" to music much now - my constant companion is talk radio.

BBC Radio 4 has loads of interesting programmes, but sometimes a bit too much News in depth -so I can change to Radio 4 extra - which is all drama and humour.

There is a radio in every room in the house and also in my shed on the allotment where I hope to spend much of the coming summer.

I bought a Amazon Dot (Alexa) for the kitchen, besides all the other stuff, i can shuffle the music I've bought (musicians buy music, don't rent it) from Amazon over the years.

Lately we've been preparing and cooking dinner to Muddy Waters.

While I'm working in my home (or just slumming), I turn on Pandora Internet Radio, connected to my TV through a Roku Device downstairs or into a a stereo through my computer in the office....

...And let it decide.

You can create and save your own channels by entering a style of music or a particular artist's name. I may enter "Peter Ostroushko" for example, create a channel, and Pandora will play a selection of his music along with similar styles and artists.

I'm exposed to a lot music that I may not have heard otherwise.

I'm a big fan of the Paul Winter Consort, so I listen to that "channel" a lot lately.

Great choice.

I usually listen to an Iron Maiden or Metallica CD or country music radio. Love both of those genres.

None. I tend to eschew extraneous noise when focused on a task.
