I'm more of a fan of them sticking to the guitar, so I don't lose them when I set the guitar down for a bit or changing from picking to finger style while playing outside.

Bought the 3 pick set from Guitar Moose and really like them. I have ordered a set of 10 to put on my existing picks. Their picks have a more pointed tip than any picks I've been using so I'll have to decide which ones I like best, but the sticky part works great for me.
