Yes, and neck-relief and humidification adjustment may be necessary too.

I had the exact issue with my new 514ce. The dude at GC loosened the truss rod a little and it seemed to help some. I still hear it because I’m looking for it, but it’s better than it was

A few questions:
- Has this been there all the time since you purchased the guitar?
- Did you just change string?
- What strings are you using?

I had a similar issue with the G string on my Taylor. It seems to be a combination of many things. I kept working until it was normal.

As already said, humidity and truss rod adjustment helps. I also change strings brands and changed to a bone nut.

I also adjusted the plate sensors on the pickup. I first backed off the offended string. If it needed more, I tightened the others. Didn’t take much. Just an 1/8 of a turn.

It was nothing major and all low cost fixes.

Got it fixed!
On my 514ce. My repair guy slightly enlarged the groove at the nut and the saddle under the B string. Fixed it. It was apparently not hitting on the saddle/ nut in quite the right point. Took him about 10 minutes and no charge

I guess I'd have to "hear" it. if the nut slot is too deep, possible to get a bit of a "twang" out of open notes (almost like a sitar kind of sound) Is this what you are hearing? if yes, then the string is making contact with the first fret, and it's is not able to vibrate freely.
