I've seen the other one at Oxford UK's Ashmolean Museum. It is kept with the strings slack and I don't know it's playability status.

Lots of interesting things on that page and this one: http://www.sabionari.com/Home.html

From reading, one of the other 5 known Stradivarius' had a scale length of 29", and this one also looks long. Small bodied, long scale, 5 doubled courses. The outer most courses are so close to the edge of the fretboard.

And with tied on frets. In the second video, Santiago de Murcia - Cumbees, it looks like the frets have been adjusted to sweeten some notes.

Both Krishnasol and Rolf use thumb under technique, like a renaissance lutenist, as well as lots of rasgueado.

Hard to believe it was converted to a 6 string guitar and Segovia signed it.

I'll link to one of the tunes in the link as a teaser.

Am I the only one thinking that Segovia writing and signing a Stradivari instrument is an act of vandalism and stupidity? When someone thinks he’s God, he or she starts committing the worse things and I won’t start saying names otherwise the mods will cancel this post.. :-p
