Was considering replacing the ES2 in a new 814ce until I plugged it into a Mesa Rosette. Sonic goodness.

I've never owned an es2 guitar.
I had a 514ce from the late 90s
That had a bar door prefix . It was
A good system. I have a friend who
Owns a 6 series and hers sounds great.
I was looking at a 712 12 fret and
Plugged it into a lb artist in the local
Store. My thought was.. I could work with
This... My current taylor is a BTO custom
Shop dred that the original owner had built
Without es2. Seems to be a love or hate thing.
I think their adequate systems.
Are there better out there ..sure.. but the es2
works. I'm not a fan of batteries.
