Congrats on the D1212! I'm a major fan of jumbo Guild 12-strings -- they're just the best! I did pick up a Gibson Songwriter 12-string that's no slouch either.....

I have seven 12-string guitars including one that is a baritone 12-string.

I have a 1212 and like the tone. I bought a 1512 to go with it thinking I wanted a brighter and more powerful guitar, and even with a good set up I didn't care for for the sound. It also had fret problems, so it was sent back. The all Hog has a particular sound of it's own, and is a nice guitar for the money.
