$300-350 range
I am going to buy an acoustic amp/PA or some recording software and a good DI or preamp. I was wondering if you guys and gals had any suggestions in this price range. I am not sure which I will get first but I am going to sell my Fender Hot Rod Deluxe and I could get anywhere from 300-400 cause it is in Min condition.

Forgot to say..I am playing a 555 with a Dean Markley "sweet spot" pickup installed, and a Martin OMM (no pickup). I may eventually put a pickup into the Martin. I feel torn between this decision...If I but an acoustic amp I will never use it at home(once and a while), but I want to gig. I also want to record myself. Right now I have no need for the Hot Rod so it is going fast.
