Default We're All Alone, Bob Scaggs 1976

"We're All Alone" is a song written by Boz Scaggs, which became a hit for Frankie Valli in 1976. The next year it was a top-ten hit for Rita Coolidge in the US and the UK. Scaggs introduced it on his 1976 album Silk Degrees, and included it as the B-side of two of the four single releases from that LP, including "Lido Shuffle".

Dedicated to all the good citizens of Davao City, especially my friends and classmates of Batch 1978, from the Davao City High School!!!
Peace and Love!!!

Seems I recall that song being used in a movie. I'm thinking Urban Cowboy but that doesn't seem right. It doesn't fit the theme of the film.

Hi Tahitijack,
Thank you for your lovely response on this classic. You got me searching for the movie that might have used this song.
I am not finding it, but I agree, this is a perfect movie soundtrack.
Thank you so much Jack,
Rene

Oh my. The natural ease you sing with.. the range, the pitch, the expression, the vocal texture.

Rene thank you for posting. A truly different level, and higher plain.

Just excellent!! I love how you do such a great job without overdubs, mixing, over-production. Just a voice and a guitar in its purest sense. My favorite formula to listen to.

Thanks for this one.
Roger

Hi Roger,
Your comments means so much to me.
I know my production is not perfect, and have some hissing issues I have to fix.
My current set-up does not have expensive gear, and I am happy with the outcome so far.
I am so happy to hear your lovely words.
Thank you so much!
Rene
