Anybody have a NEW EKO Ranger 12 string?
Hi
Dose anybody have a NEW EKO Ranger 12 string? How do you like it ?. Is the nut really 52mm wide like the specs say? The reason I ask, is that I need my guitars to have very wide nut. My two main electric guitars both have a 48mm nut which I what I consider the minimum. I have a 1990's era Washburn acoustic which has a 44mm nut and that feels cramped to me, and I can't play it fingerstyle. Recently I got an electric 12 string (Jay Turner Hawk 12) with a 48mm nut and that's no good, I'm regularly bumping & muting strings that I don't mean to touch. I went searching for a wide nut acoustic 12 string and all I could really find is the new (made in China) EKO Ranger 12. Unfortunately it seems to be on back order everywhere. So if you have one, give a shout out. Are there any other super wide 12 strings that I've missed out there ? Bye |
