Hi Randy!

Yes we are now using UPS.

We switched because we were seeing serious inconsistency on the delivery times from the other providers. UPS has been extremely dependable, and they have their own path through customs so they never get held up! We switched to them approx. 4 weeks ago. It’s actually significantly more expensive, however Alistair has agreed to cover the cost for all the exiting orders.
