Default How do I transfer Reaper to new laptop?

I currently have an older laptop (Windows 10) with my "personalised" purchased version of Reaper. Question is, how do I transfer the actual app as-is to my new laptop (also Windows 10)? Since that is pretty much the only app of consequence I need transferred, I can't justify spending $50+ for some fancy moving software. Free, quick and easy would be more like it, if possible.

Suggestions?
