It's a shame I can't even afford the case! They're likely worth the price. Those Geib cases are only good for one encounter with a chucker with a bad attitude.

Congratulations all around! IMHO, this was the best thread ever to follow.

Dennis... Now to see a photo of you playing this beauty (and hear some songs as well after you've had a chance to get acquainted).

Thank you to each of you who followed this thread. Dennis made it easy. We could send pictures direct to his phone and he posted from there. This saved many Late into the evening hours for me. We could do this type of work anytime. Smart phones mean we don’t have to be so smart!

Dennis, thank you for the fun and fellowship throughout the year. Covid19 May have delayed our McJam event a little we were able to work from home with minimal delay. When it comes to rules and regulations we were fine working on site. Meals were more like peanut butter and jelly but we are thankful for the bread we received! We kept our health and we stayed within our timeline.

Ok .... with all the love we feel ... thank you. Can’t wait until we get safety approval from McJammers to gather again. Spend some quiet time with Slim. Bring on the comments in a week.

We will be taking on orders in a few weeks so get your name to Tim if you have an interest.

I don't get to visit AGF much lately, but I am glad I did tonight! Dennis, this is another gorgeous guitar! It's rich and classy. Everything goes together incredibly well. Enjoy it, my friend!

I don't intend on ever letting a chucker get his hands on Slim in his case!

Glorious day yesterday! Refresh, refresh, refresh as I tracked the delivery of my new McKnight SSD. Didn't arrive until 6:30pm but when it did there was a celebration. Safe and sound, just like it left the shop.

As promised, here is a video of the un-boxing along with a short clip of my first plucks. It was a tough playing standing without a strap but Slim is soooo comfortable to hold, I pushed through it.

Glamour shots (both Tim's and mine) are on the way. I'm going to get to know this guitar some and I will post some better clips to give you a sense of the tone. I can already tell you it "plays like butter" and the tone is sweet!

I’m certain your right shoulder can’t stop thanking you enough!

Best,

I alway enjoy watching unboxing videos, the reaction to the first reveal never gets old. Thanks for the extensive build thread and the great closure. What an adventure it's been.

Looking forward for more soundclips and impressions.

Enjoy it in good health.
