Here we have a high grade, tight-grained Adirondack spruce top paired with incredible Honduran rosewood back and sides. Adirondack spruce is synonymous with the golden era of acoustic guitars in the 1930s. Strong, stiff and resonant, Adi tops bring focus, articulation and high headroom. Honduran rosewood is extremely dense compared to other rosewood species and it sings with a uniquely smooth voice—and it’s just beautiful to behold.

This custom features Ivoroid-bound fretboard and headstock, ebony fretboard and ebony pyramid bridge with bone saddle.

Incredibly beautiful, resonant guitar that is very loud for its size. Punchy midrange projects with authority. Set up is medium-low with 3/32 bass and 5/64 treble at 12th fret. Plenty of saddle to go lower if desired. Minor fret wear on first 3 frets.

A fingerstyle player’s dream, but also holds up well under a pick. Adrirondack spruce is known to have a lot of headroom and this guitar never breaks up under heavy attack.

I am the second owner and have had the guitar about 7 years. The previous owner was a strummer and there is some finish wear below the sound hole that can be seen at certain angles, but the wear is not through the finish—purely cosmetic.

Other than that there are some super-minor dings here and there but overall the guitar is very clean. I’d give it a 9/10 in terms of cosmetics and 10/10 in terms of playability and tone.

I hate to part with this guitar but I’ve enjoyed my time with it and now it’s someone else’s turn! You will not be disappointed!

Ah yes. while a very long scale may be interesting, 24.9, makes way more sense.
