Annoyed at bad customer service!
I was on a Guitar Luthiers website looking at at tool called the Thompson Belly Reducer. The product image clearly displays a clamp and two reinforcement plates attached to a guitar. I read the reviews and the first one complained that the clamp was not included!!! I reread the listing and nowhere in the description does it disclose that the clamp is not included. The LAST line lists a link to the clamp. The Thompson Belly Reducer listing is clearly misleading as the product picture clearly displays the clamp.
