Default Can bridge pin holes be relocated

I just got a guitar that needs some TLC to be a great guitar, the saddle needs a bit more angle and it is allready too close to the pins IMHO.

The existing bridge is too narrow so a new one will need to be msde as well/

The holes can be plugged and redrilled, but the ideal way is to replace both the bridge and bridgeplate. If you just replace the bridge and move the pin holes down, that means that the string balls would be pressing on the plugs in the bridgeplate.
