There will never be anything as joyous as this drum solo!

I saw a 5 or 6 year old boy. Playing Hot For Teacher.

It was great.

There is a girl named Sina Verry excellent. Been posting videos since she was a teen.

Not sure what she's doing now. Gotta be in her 20's.

My favorite drumming video is anytime that Cindy Blackman Santana has a pair of drumsticks in her hands such as....

Michael Shrieve... what a classic! Not bad for a 20-year old. This performance was the first that came to my mind too when I saw this thread.

My feelings exactly Kirbie! The youngest human being to take the stage at Woodstock and leaves the world this gift of a performance for the remainder of time. Its one of those experiences you must appreciate in life.

You're so right, Chickee... glad you posted it. The young man could play.

Not sure it counts as a "video" per se, but the Netflix feature 'Count Me In' (01:22:00) was a real treat. Kind of an odd mix of drummers and much fun, revealing some different flavors to players I thought I had already more or less 'figured out.'

Right now I like Igor. Nothing fancy, just laying down a beat..

Default Impressive all. Here's my selection.

The one who gets my vote is Kanade Sato, the young Asian girl. WOW!

Nobody declared what kind of drumming, so I offer one of my favorites of all time, the "Red Sun" cut from Anoushka Shankar's album "Rise". Those tabla players can sing their drum rhythms and it's astonishing.

Yes, she's Ravi Shankar's so-talented daughter. But this cut features the incredible tabla drummers.

This may be of interest, Rick Beato's selection of the 20 greatest ever drum fills -

I think #4 is a great selection - I wouldn't have thought of it, but once it's pointed out . . .

#6 would be my #1 though.
