Is ElCoda a legitimate company?
Has anyone here ordered (and received items) from ElCoda? I ordered a set of GrandTunes just last week and have received no response from them at all. I sent a message through their webpage and even FaceBook. I also noticed that someone posted a question on their FaceBook "community" page, asking what was the status of an order they had placed several months prior. Not gonna lie, I'm a bit worried.

Have tried one set...
Swapped out the original Schallers on my Lowden S32J as they were always a little stiff and creaky. The Grandtunes with ball-bearing rollers are very smooth indeed and much higher quality than previous Schallers. They’re close to Allessi and Rodgers tuners in smoothness and less stiff than Waverlys.
Will most likely be using them in future builds. Wanting to try the open gear steel-string versions too. Price for the classical tuners is between £110 and £150, depending on finish, with ball-bearing rollers at the top end of this range. Well worth trying. |

I have Schaller Grand Tune for guitars I build and am a vendor of them.
I have both steel string and classical. They are, quite simply, FANTASTIC!!! Quality at a price that won't break the bank like some other luxury tuners on the market.
