Or is this version better suited for my voice? I just did it at work on my iphone and a Yammie before anyone came in. I capo'd up and sung an octave lower in this version. Which is better?

Nice job Sal, I think the second version works a bit better and more in your comfort zone vocally. There were a few reaches vocally in the first version but nothing major. Nice way to start the work day though.....man if I had a guitar at work, Id never get anything done

Both versions are good, but I personally liked the first version better. Your vocals sounded fine to me. There were a couple minor reaches (they still sounded fine), but to me it seemed more like you were holding back rather than the notes being out of your range.

I'm with Jeremy. Seemed like the second version was at the bottom of the range in places. I think that when a song is either a tad of a reach up or down, to reach up. TO my ear, a higher vocal reach is "more musical" if that makes any sense. I especially think it works well with a talented vocals like yours to stretch that range out! Great job on both!
