Purchased new February 2023. Love the guitar but finances have gotten the best of me these past months. Played regularly though not for extended periods. In great condition with a handful of light scratches and a few very small dings. In January I sent it to Sweetwater for evaluation because of the action and they determined that it needed a neck reset and received permission from Martin to do the work. I just received it back. I have the paperwork from SW. The reset was done plus it was plek’d, polished frets, adjusted neck and action and nut height, oiled fretboard, a new bone saddle was installed and intonation checked.
