SOLD - Breedlove Masterclass Jumbo Adirondack and Figured Ziricote $2450
Gorgeous Breedlove Masterclass jumbo for sale. Stunning figured Zircote and Adirondack Spruce with exceptionally nice Koa body and fretboard binding and factory installed Baggs Anthem pickup. Ships in its original Ameritage case custom made for Breedlove. Very ergonomic for a 17” guitar, with an exceptionally warm and balanced tone that works remarkably well with everything from Bluegrass to delicate fingerstyle. Excellent condition throughout, never gigged, always stored in my humidity-controlled guitar room. Action, intonation, and playability are all top notch everywhere up and down the fretboard.
Here's a link to the original ad for this exact instrument from Music Store Live where it was originally purchased: https://www.musicstorelive.com/breed...gs-preamp.html And here’s a link to a nice demo of this model from Bobby Swanson: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dUkuFjY_adM The original MSRP was $6665.00. The guitar is in near mint condition with the exception of a small impression in the finish near the very edge of the lower bout which is difficult to see except in certain light, and some scuffs on the case (see last two photos). I’m looking to get $2900.00 shipped anywhere in the continental US. Transaction fees, if any, are on you. Specs are as follows: Jumbo size Flattop Guitar. 17" wide, 4.5” deep. Solid Adirondack Spruce graduated top with Abalone “spoked” rosette and black/white/black purfling. Solid figured Ziricote sides and back. Gloss finish. Honduran Mahogany semi-gloss one-piece, bolt-on neck with sunburst shading. Ebony fingerboard with “Masterclass Leaves” Abalone inlay (1.75” at nut / 25.5" scale length / 2.25" string spacing at saddle). Ebony pinless bridge. Bone nut and saddle. Ebony peghead veneer with inlaid Mother-of-Pearl “Breedlove” logo and white line edging. Winged African Ebony pinless bridge. Koa binding on body, fingerboard, and soundhole. No pickguard. Gold Gotoh 510 tuners with Ebony buttons. LR Baggs Anthem TRU-Mic pickup system with sound hole controls. Hardshell Ameritage case (black with red stitching). What year is it, & does it have the bridge truss?

Hi Steve. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I've been away for the holiday weekend. The guitar was built in 2015 and it is traditionally braced - no bridge truss.

That is a steal for this guitar. If I hadn’t just ordered a guitar I probably would be very tempted.

Whoever bought this bought a KILLER deal. I've owned a bunch of Breedloves over the years and they really suffer on the used market. I've lost my shirt on a couple of them. It's good for buyers though, because you're getting wonderful instruments at pennies-on-the-dollar compared to other builders.
