My guess is that translating the sound that you are searching for in the video you posted to another guitar built by the same builder would be a pretty rare thing.

I'd make an appointment with GSI (link I posted in the other thread) and go play a ton of guitars...in person, as opposed to a Youtube video, you may find "the sound" (and feel) in something totally unexpected.
