Perfect structural condition and playability. The case looks brand new…

Does sport a couple SMALL dings on the top. Overall it is very clean.

Amazing TONE AND VOLUME from a small bodied GC instrument !

Recently completely inspected and okayed at Taylor repair, El Cajon.

PLEASE CHECK my usual long winded description and lots of pics up on reverb.

Paul, that's exactly the 12 string I was looking for a year ago! NOW you offer it? Haven't seen a 552 on the board in living memory - perfect opportunity for someone.

This is a great guitar - a comfy 12 string that's nearly as loud as the 555 of yesteryear, but easy on the hands and the body. And offered at a great price by a Prince of a seller on AGF.

Default No worries buying from this seller.

Here is a plug for a great seller, musician and human being. I recently purchased one of Paul’s 25 year old Limited Edition Taylor guitars and received it on Wednesday.
1995 "Golden Age" Taylor GAMC EX+
https://www.acousticguitarforum.com/...d.php?t=573002

The guitar is EVERYTHING Paul described and more! Great tone fingerstlye, great aesthetics, and amazing tone picked and strummed. The guitar was packed so well, it took me 20 minutes to get it out of the box and case ;-)
Paul is great to talk to on the phone and answered all my questions without hesitation. He included some unusual swag in the case as well. Including a shower sponge, and a tube sock I lost in my dryer about 5 years ago! But seriously, a potential buyer should not have any reservations to take what Paul states in his for sale add description, as it will be better than described!

Best luck on your sale Paul!

Smile Thanks MrYelnats...

Thanks Stan.

It has been a pleasure to get to know you a bit on the phone!

As I said in my other FS listing, that sponge was never in the shower. It went straight from the dollar store, into a Ziploc with the hundreds of Fork tine perforations.

Wet the sponge, then blot it till only DAMP, not wet.
Into the Ziploc it goes, and makes a wonderful budget humidifier. Nothing to leak, nothing to scratch your Guitar, and if you happen to leave it at a gig or rehearsal, or jam you're only out $.50 or so!

It occurs to me I should've put the matching tube sock under the headstock, along with all that other padding… Ha ha

I am very glad to hear your wife loves the warm Fat Cedar/Mahogany tone. Write her a nice love song right away. Go for it!!!

This 12 string Goodness can be yours . Let's talk

SALUD!

Paul

Smile Thank You SoCalSurf

Thanks SoCalSurf

I do agree. And this needs NOTHING except a new home and regular exercise!

I think the ES2 sounds better on this than almost any newer Taylor I have plugged in. The warm, Fat tone is a nice balance to the "cut" of the ES2.

This model seems to avoid the "jingle-jangle" and high end bite of most 12 strings. I assume it is the combo of the Cedar/Mahogany and the 12 fret configuration.

I will gladly consider your reasonable offers, folks.

Play on, have fun, stay home, be well

Paul

Default Bargain

12 string sound with 6 string ease of play. Not over jingle jangle but clearly 12 string fullness.

Unique value for the money. I'll never sell mine.

Thanks RacerBob!

It was fun talking the other day!!!

You are correct for sure. This is by far the most comfy 12 string I have ever experienced.

The Set up on this is remarkably easy to play...

A sweet deal for someone.

NOW SPOKEN FOR AGF. THANKS ALL!!! Stay safe and be well...

Salud
