Default SOLD

Hi everyone,

Offering for sale a Len Laviolette nylon string from 2012. Laviolette is an experienced builder based out of San Diego who's been making nylon string guitars since 1985.

This one has a cedar top and Indian rosewood back and sides.

-52mm nut
-650mm scale length
-Stylized soundport
-Armrest - very comfortable
-12 hole tie block
-K&K pickup

The guitar shows a good amount of wear, for a guitar that has seen a lot of play time. I would call it "good" condition ala Reverb, cosmetic imperfections are obvious, but the guitar is in fine structural condition free of cracks or repairs and is playing and sounding very nice. The pinkish blurrs in some of the pictures is a pink fuzzy blanket in the background.

The guitar will ship with a polyfoam hard/soft case.
SOLD

Bump for a big price drop and what I hope results in a quick sale! Asking only 1325 with shipping and paypal included to the CONUS. It's a performance-ready guitar with K&K pickup, and nice features like sound-port and armrest. Would be hard to get all this together for less.

Interesting guitar - what is the saddle spacing?
Back and sides solid?
Any pictures of the worst of the imperfections so a buyer may have a better idea what you are talking about.

Hi, thanks for the interest. Here are some more pictures to give some examples of wear. The overall finish retains a nice luster but lots of marks. The woods are all solid (and pretty nice too). This one has a slightly wider string spacing at 58mm (getting 2.28" conversion).

Anything else let me know! Thanks.

Goodness what a great price on a cool looking classical guitar! A little worn, but if it sounds great...

Smile A couple more questions...

Is the neck radiused at all?

Please post some closeups of the armrest. I can't tell if it is inset in the body or glued to the top.

Thanks, and best on your quest to divest...

Hey Andy, Cedar top! Wink, wink

Paul

Hey Paul nice to hear from you. Let me know if you'd like additional pictures of the armrest. It is glued to the top.

The fretboard is not radiused. Anything else let me know!
