Hey folks here’s a neat little player grade 1931 0-18k. All solid Hawaiian Koa with Brazilian rosewood binding, ebony fingerboard and bridge. This one has had a long life and has multiple repairs to show it. Here is what I know or suspect it has done.
Headstock repair Overspray Neck reset Refret. New bridge plate, bridge, saddle and nut. Some brace repair on the inside. At one point it appears to have had a tailpiece put on it. The good news is it plays quite well for fingerstyle and has room left on the saddle to lower the action if one wishes.
