I imagine if and when the tech becomes available and practical to use for a studio someone will likely try it , but vague as to why you think I would have an inside track on some random person or company deciding to try it ?

Kev...I didn't say you had any inside info...I said it was obvious who 'they' were. It was hypothetical cause the tech... will never never see commercialization. MIt is famous for it's smart fabric research. And Banana Republic is full of body sensor pullovers?
And the other poster was right on about the illustration... that should've given you at least a hint.... it's like a 'product' illustration for children. Actually every hospital probably in america has those sound curtains. They're already on amazon for about $30bucks.

Well ok if you say so. BTW it's called a rhetorical statement not a hypothetical

Actually it was the "let me know when they make the first recording studio with this technology Kev...." that is the rhetorical statement I was referring to, and not a hypothetical , and your welcome.
