I'm not usually a big fan of "bio-pics", but Coal Miner's Daughter ranks up there with the best. Sissy Spacek, Tommy Lee Jones and Levon Helm (who absolutely nailed his part).
And then there's American Graffiti, a movie that would be nothing without its soundtrack. The music totally holds it together. Painfully funny scene here as Toad the geek hits on Debbie. Keep in mind (if you've never seen it) everything Toad says here is complete BS ...
