Press the 'Menu' button
Select 'File' with the 'Jog Dial' on the H4 (it should be the first choice already)
Press the 'Jog Dial'
Select 'Delete'
Select your file you wish to delete with the 'Jog Dial'
Select 'Delete'
...and delete your file
