You play the "D minor key" scale, which has both C and C# at different times.
You can give the scale different names if you like - "D natural minor" (D E F G A Bb C) and "D harmonic minor (D E F G A Bb C#) - but they are not really different scales, just one scale where you change a note as you need to.
In this case, you'd use the C# on the A chord and the C on the F chord.
The Dm and Gm don't contain either C or C#, so you could use either - just decide by ear which you like.
