A few years back I picked up a laptop stand at Big Lots, just the right height and size for my mixer, I don't remember cost, but pretty sure it was under $10. Only drawback is it doesn't break down for easier storage or transportation. Around here, you're likely to find similar items at Ocean State or Home Goods.
