Default Eastman AC520 englemann/mahogany dreadnought with OHSC

Eastman AC520 with OHSC $725 including shipping

(all solid woods):
  • Englemann Spruce top
  • Mahogany back and sides
  • Mahogany one piece neck (no scarf, I included hi res super bright light photo to show the grain, there is no scarf)
  • Ebony fret board
  • Rosewood binding
  • 1.75" nut
  • Jescar fretwire
  • Rotomatic tuning keys
  • Original Hard Shell Case

This is the Eastman that I've talked about repeatedly in the forums, that I traded an HD28V for (receiving some cash as well). It's a marvelous dreadnought. It doesn't sound completely like a D18, but it's in the Martin ballpark with an Eastman twist to it. Its build quality is top notch, with exceptional woods and master crasftsmanship. This is the guitar that opened my eyes to Eastman. Since then I've bought more Eastmans, most recently the D40 sunburst, all of which has made my (again) growing collection more visible to my wife.

This guitar includes the original hardshell case and a humidifier. It is setup with DR Rare medium strings (13-56) and plays perfect. Sounds incredible. A steal of a deal!

It still looks and even smells new. No nicks, dings, scratches, or scuffs.

The imgur gallery includes full size pics - including the inside work too:
