Default SOLD: McCollum Grand Auditorium "The Tree"

Lance McCollum was one of the earliest luthiers to build with “The Tree”.
This is one of the two GA’s, this one built in 1997.
You may not have heard of McCollum but the pros know …Roger Hodgson of Supertramp, Martin Barre of Jethro Tull, Winfield Champion, Todd Hallawell and Mark Macina and Doug Smith.
In 2020, Dream Guitars offered one of the dreads for $11,005.
Near mint condition. No evident fretwear.

• Italian Top Wood/“The Tree” Mahogany
• Neck: Three-piece Honduran Mahogany and Walnut
• Celtic Knot rosette-Lance’s trademark
• Fret markers: Abalone inverted diamonds and MOP Side Dots
• Tuners upgraded to Waverly 20-1 ratio with Butterbean gold knobs
• K & K pickup professionally installed.
Upper bout: 11.6” Lower bout: 16.1” Body depth: Heel 4.0” Tail 4.9”
Nut=1 ¾”/Spacing = 2 3/16”/Scale length: 25.75”/Weight= 4 lbs.3 oz.
