Haven't seen "When I Stop Dreaming" by the Louvin brothers.

A couple of corrections: "Pancho and Lefty" and "Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain" were covered by Willie, but he didn't write them. "Pancho and Lefty" was written by Townes Van Zandt and "Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain" was written by Fred Rose sometime in the '40s. Willie's cover is the best of "Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain" IMO.

When it comes to Townes, no one can top hiim performing his own songs. I've been sitting here on break at a temp job listening to "Live at the Old Quarter" on my MP3 player. Recorded almost 33 years ago and still timeless.
