Congrats -- that's an awesome story and your patience paid off. It's was also great that the one damaged in transit was accepted back by the seller. That could have easily had an ugly ending.

While I'm personally not a vintage instrument guy, I enjoy reading about instrument history. There is a book called "The Martin Ukulele: The Little Instrument that Helped Create a Guitar Giant" which is an excellent read about Martin's early history and success with ukes. It really should be required reading for any Martin lover. The level of detail and information is really fascinating. Imagine managing your supply chain through letters that took weeks or months to arrive at their destination?

Enjoy your holy grail and I hope when I check back on this thread your video is working so I can hear that beauty as well.
