Routing the channels for the reusable vacuumbag. Very difficult routing operation, the foot of the router follows the round pieces and then you have to switch to the other side to follow the straight line. You are switching 4x per pass. I slipped a few times which can be filled up with a glue/ sawdust mix. Then it wiull all be sanded, sealed and clearcoated.





A second channel with a bigger foot.



2 channels routed, which will not be channels but raised areas (everything is reversed in the negative mold, very confusing.



Making a foot for the router foot. ^_^



Router with larger foot. All these guiding pieces have to be perfectly alligned per channel, so 3 times.





The 2 small raised areas will be the actual double seal channel for the reusable vacuumbag. A hole will become a raised area in a negative mold, and a raised area will become a hole...
