Mountain's are amazing. Get one if you ever see it, what have you got to lose - they generally sell for less than a new laminate. And, if you follow Yairi's philosophy regarding laminate bodies or Yamaha red label? - I just got myself a 1970's solid spruce top/Brazilian rosewood (laminate ..stable?) for less than £200. And I do think it is a keeper. It's not perhaps the £5k Martin that it pretends to be, but as my ears get worse and my kids get more expensive, I can live with my Mountain - and the rest...
