For me, the string spacing at saddle is noticeable and I have to remind myself to be extra careful once I move to narrower spacing. Neck sizes don't appear to matter for me - when I started this hobby I mostly played skinnier Taylors and the Martin modified low oval necks - and more recently have started playing RainSong's considerably thicker N2 necks - although I noticed the difference at first, I don't any longer.

One thing I am very sensitive to changing is fret spacing and neck positioning. This is the primary reason I was never able to get along with the GS mini even though I thought it played very well - transitioning to the narrower fret spacing was a breeze, but once I went back to my full sized guitars the frets now feel much wider apart and stretches much more difficult.
