Contacted Fishman support and was told to ship it back and an evaluation would be $50. I had the fix-or-replace debate but decided to let them evaluate it.

Only cost $36 to ship because I am in the same state. Received an email when the amp was received.

Less than a week later I received an email informing me they were replacing my amp with a brand new unit and it was on the way!
