Howdy Folks, the time has come for another Brondel build thread...!!! Laurents work has continued to fascinate me over the years, I've owned 2 guitars from the used market, and I custom ordered 2 of them four years back... I'm now having 2 A2's made, both German Brazilian...different scale lengths... different appointments...
I'm not really hoping to achieve anything that different with these compared to any of the others I've owned, its just REALLY fun to build guitars... this is my hobby and obsession in life! Laurent has become a friend over the years, I've made some Brazilian rosewood trades with him, and I built his Wife's Wedding ring, so we have a cool back and forth thing going on... The sides for #1 didn't match that good after sanding and were switched for a better pair...
